Extensive joint police operation targets smuggling routes across four Western European countries. Law enforcement agencies from Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France conducted coordinated inspections.
Authorities inspected cars, trains, and buses at numerous international road and rail checkpoints.
Over one thousand people questioned, close to two thousand vehicles were meticulously searched. Several suspects detained, various vehicles seized, illegal drugs, weapons and cash confiscated.
